Fill your Fridge

This is ideal for anyone who is just short on time. or someone who just wants extra time for everything else that Canmore, Alberta and the Bow Valey have to offer!

During your free consultation we design menus for 5 – 10 days of meals and for how many people. I send you three separate menus with three separate prices. After you approve of a menu, we take the time and care to prepare them for you. We leave some meals in the fridge and some in the freezer,all of them with preparation and reheating instructions. Did we mention that we clean your kitchen before we leave?!!
